Tracey Coupal is a consultant at Strategix with over 25 years of experience in the dental profession. Over the course of her career she has had the honour of working as a Certified Dental Assistant for some of the best general dentists in Kelowna, BC before entering the orthodontic specialty field in 2007. Tracey has experience in many roles in the dental office; hands on assisting, training of new staff, treatment, scheduling & financial coordinator and management.
Tracey’s passion for the ongoing and growing relationships between all of the team members, the patients, and the families is what drives her to excel within the profession.

Tracey completed the Certified Dental Assisting Program, with honours, in 1995 from Okanagan College. Never one to stop learning she has also earned a basic accounting certificate and completed many professional development courses over the last 25 years.
Tracey values the dental profession and had the privilege of volunteering to direct the local CDA society for 10 years to facilitate networking, continuing education and kinship between other dental professionals.
With attention to the long term goals that each office has, while still focusing on individual needs, she can use her wealth of knowledge and expertise to give guidance and to the team to ensure that they reach their goals together.
