In her 20+ year career she has supported offices across Canada in both dental and orthodontic roles which included; office management, treatment coordinating, assisting and reception. In addition, Nicole has participated in numerous clinics across the Americas on new patient experience best practices and dental marketing trends. Nicole is also supporting our European clients as we continue to grow our global presence.
Nicole understands that the dental industry is a highly competitive market and that the differentiating factor of any practice is the customer experience. Outside of work Nicole enjoys learning languages, cycling with her children and learning the nuances of regional wines.
